Before BCarm's Health and Safety Management Suite, all of our documentation was paper based, with eleven branches around the country it was an impossibility to ensure each branch was legally compliant.
I am now in a position to identify our shortfalls immediately via the system and help the local branch correct them.
We use the E-Learning suite to help with our manual handling, DSE, fire and driver training. These modules have been popular with staff because being busy people they do not have to leave their desk and they can fit their training in when it suits them. As a company this is also an extremely cost effective method of ensuring legal compliance and the improved safety of our employees.
There are other areas available including Business Continuity Planning, PPE Management, Stress Counselling, and a Business Law Library all of which are beginning to feature in our future plans.
